Q: When I click on the link provided within the induction invitation email, I am directed to the login screen, where's my login details?

The induction application will remove the invitation email within 30 days of the induction invitation email being sent to you. Please get your supervisor to arrange for another induction invitation email to be sent to you. Should you have completed the induction modules, the induction application will remove your induction invitation link from its system within 2 days of you completing all the modules.

Q: I want to print my induction certificate, but when I use the link provided in the invitation email I get directed to the login screen, what's up with this?

The induction application will remove your induction invitation link from its system within 2 days of you completing all the modules. If you did not use the induction application to print your certificate within 2 days of completing your modules, you will need your supervisor to arrange for a certificate to be printed.

Q: Why can I not view the learning module content, when I click on the induction module button?

Make sure the popup blocker for your web browser is set to allow the induction application to display pop ups.

Q: Why do I not have a login to this application?

Inductees will not have a login to the site, they are required to use the link provided in the invitation email. Only Regional administrators have logins for the application.

Q: Why can I not login using my password?

After 5 invalid attempts to login, your account will be suspended for 5 minutes. This is to prevent automated attacks at guessing your password. Try to login in after 5 minutes, since your last attempt.

Q: I cannot remember my password, how do I get a new one?

Contact another regional administrator, they can use the Reset User Password option. Or get in touch with your I.T. support personnel.

Q: I have requested for a new password, now what do I do?

You will receive an email with a password reset link, after your request has been processed. Open this link in a web browser. Enter in the following details:-

Your email address that is used for the account.
The New Password.
Confirm the New Password.

You can then reset your password by clicking the Reset button.

Q: Why does it say token invalid when I attempt to set a new password?

The password token provided in the reset password link is for one use only. If you need to change your password because you cannot remember it, see question: I cannot remember my password, how do I get a new one?
